This policy describes how Impact Cloud uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites.

1. What we use

• Essential cookies — required for security, session, and locale (e.g. language preference). These are necessary for the site to function.
• Analytics — if enabled, we may use Mixpanel (or similar) to understand product usage in aggregate. Our client initializes analytics only when a token is configured (NEXT_PUBLIC_MIXPANEL_TOKEN).
• Authentication — Supabase session cookies for signed-in users.

2. Your choices

Browser settings let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may impair sign-in or navigation.

Where analytics are non-essential under local law, we will align banner/consent with legal advice. Review this section when you enable tracking in new regions.
